20ab279cde Clean up SmackJeeves... 
Currently only covers already existing modules: Removed 11 broken
modules, added 2 and tried to update comic names and the adult and
endOfLife flags from their index. This isn't helped by the fact that
their search seems to skip some comics...

215d597573 Remove DrunkDuck for now. 
- It's been disabled for ages
- Needs a major rework
- I don't want to add that many comics anyways...
- This also gets rid of make_scraper :)
