Switch plugin loading to pkgutil.
...
This should work with all PEP-302 loaders that implement iter_modules.
Unfortunatly, PyInstaller (which I plan to use for Windows releases)
does not support it, so we don't get around a special case. Anyways,
this should help for #22 .
